The victims were shot at "point blank" range, he said. The west frontage road leading to Great Lakes Dragaway on Highway KR between Interstate-94 and Highway 45 was shut down by officers. The CIA chief described Mr Kim as "rational" and responsive to "adverse circumstances". Met Police launched a manhunt earlier today for a 27-year-old suspect wanted in connection with the double murder investigation. In a press release on Saturday 12 August, the Met police confirmed next-of-kin have been informed of the deaths.
