The SC will hear the appeal on Friday. Jessika Lynne Atkinson, 23, and Peter George Jirasek, 34, were arrested in the Beaverton area Wednesday. Police said based on information learned during the subsequent investigation, Atkinson and Jirasek were identified as suspects. Atkinson has been convicted of 2 felonies, one misdemeanor and has 2 probation violations. That same court document also states that Atkinson's boyfriend, Jiraske, is also on supervised probation in Multnomah County on charges of first-degree burglary and theft. (more...)
