Just like the goats in West Brookfield, the animal had suffered a broken neck. Police in MA now say a third goat had its neck broken at about the same time two other goats were killed in a similar manner. The North and West Brookfield police departments are now jointly investigating the killings. Sgt. Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Kedar Rai was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on Thursday morning outside his residence in Patna , ANI reported.
