The deadline for permits issued on or after January 15, 2013, is five years from the date the license was issued. Pistol permit holders have to recertify every five years, so that means anybody who was issued one before Jan. Paper forms can also be picked up at State Police stations. Out of state residents who do not possess either a New York State Driver License or a Non-Driver Identification Card must use the paper form to recertify and must attach a copy of their driver's license or ... The Syrian Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) militia on November 20 launched a mortar attack targeting observation points set up by the Turkish Armed Forces in Syria's Idlib, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported. Their second goal is to counter the Kurds. The Salvation Army's Flemington Corps will host its annual Thanksgiving lunch on November 23. "We want the community to know what types of resources we provide for those in need", Rocheleau said. According to staff, volunteers started cooking the meal last week. Foods needed are turkeys, canned green beans, instant box potatoes, butter, cooked assorted pies, yams, eggs, cranberry sauce, turkey stuffing, bread loaves, brown gravy and gallons of milk. The funds cover up to 75 percent of entry level salaries and benefits for three years. The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office has been awarded $1 million in grant money for eight new officers. In September, the Justice Department announced additional priority consideration criteria for FY2017 COPS grants. An 18-year-old woman has died from injuries sustained in a auto crash that occurred earlier in November. Since he was not impaired and was reportedly following court orders at the time of the accident, there have been no charges filed against him.
