The Met Office has issued yellow level severe rain and wind warnings amid fears that Strom Brian - the next named storm of the season - could be on the way. On Sept. 26, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) noted that "northerly shear continues to adversely affect the organization of Lee". Students said they heard one gunshot from an area on the second floor of the school. Emergency responders rushed the student to a hospital where the child was pronounced dead.
