ABC News reports that the Ferris wheel operator had to temporarily shut down the ride after one of the carriages tilted out of normal position. A state inspector is now investigating the incident and the Ferris wheel ride. The ride has been restored to proper working condition and has been reinspected by North Carolina Department of Labor.
