It also prohibits North Korean imports of liquefied natural gas and condensates. Vaughn was a three-star recruit coming out of Forney High School and was one of the Cowboys' earliest commitments in the 2017 class, according to Oklahoma State's website. After knocking on the door again and receiving no response, the officers waited outside discussing their options, according to the affidavit.
