Dutch police arrest 7 men suspected of plotting major terror attack

An investigation into other potential targets is continuing. The men were looking to obtain AK-47s, hand grenades and raw materials to make bombs and were seeking firearms training. The suspects came from Arnhem, the port city of Rotterdam and villages close to those two cities. The Dutch anti-terror coordinator's office said in a tweet that the alleged plot fit the current threat profile for the Netherlands, which is at four on a scale that tops out at five. (more...)
