The missile test came a day after the U.S. Senate approved a package of sanctions against North Korea , Russia and Iran. The US also said it conducted a successful test of a missile defense system located in Alaska. Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed Sunday the staff at US diplomatic missions in Russia will be cut in response to a sanctions bill the US Congress passed last week. President Donald Trump will have 10 days to decide whether to pass or veto it. He has not been charged. Police Chief Kelly McCarthy says the woman's family has identified her as 47-year-old Beverly Cory of Maplewood. Beverly Cory had been a financial adviser at Edward Jones for more than 14 years. Police are still asking people to avoid the area around the Mendota Heights Business Center and the area of Plaza Drive off of Dodd Road.
