The BJP won one ward in Panskura and finished second in most areas of the two civic bodies. The CPI (M) on Thursday failed to win even a single ward out of the 148 that went to the polls at seven civic bodies in West Bengal on August 13, even as the Trinamool Congress emerged triumphant.The ruling party swept the polls held at Dhupguri, Haldia, Panskura, Durgapur, Cooper's Camp, Nalhati and Buniyadpur municipalities. Dutch police confirmed the information on capture of hostages in the city of hilversum in the Eastern province of North Holland. Then he forced her into the building and locked her into a room. A bag containing a knife was found outside the building, according to the newspaper. She did not appear to have been injured in the incident .
