The Supreme Court on Monday put on hold a lower court's order that quashed central rules mandating larger health warnings on tobacco packages, in a setback for the country's $11 billion tobacco industry. The percentage of people thinking of quitting tobacco after seeing these warnings rose from 38% in GATS-1 to 62.1% for cigarettes , from 29% to 54% for bidis and 34% to 46% for chewing tobacco, he said. It's not clear why the suspect stole and smashed the K-9 unit SUV into the waiting hall near the terminal's ferry slip about 8 a.m. A stolen police SUV crashed into train station entrance in Hoboken, New Jersey. Train service was not impacted, however the ticket windows are closed and the on-board ticket purchasing surcharge has been waived.
