Ariana Grande Sued Over Her Instagram

Ariana Grande has been sued by a photographer for allegedly posting his paparazzi shots on her Instagram page.

In the pictures, Ariana appears to carrying a see-through bag with the word "Sweetener" - the title of her fourth studio album - imprinted on it.

The publication has obtained court documents relating to the case. Grande shared the images on her Instagram on August 17, 2018, captioning them with "happy sweetener day", in reference to the release of the album.

Barbera is suing for the profits that Grande earned from the post, or $25,000 in damages for each of the two photos.
