Gary Kubiak Wont Become Offensive Coordinator Of Broncos

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Kubiak and the Broncos could not agree on offensive philosophies or staffing, and the two sides have elected to go in different directions.

When the Broncos hired Vic Fangio to be their next head coach earlier this week, it was widely assumed that Gary Kubiak would become the team's offensive coordinator.

The announcement of Kubiak returning to Denver as the offensive coordinator was met with praise around the league when news broke Wednesday.

Meghan moves into more visible roles in UK royal family
Meghan will continue in her role as joint-patron for The Royal Foundation, which was set up by Princes William and Harry. Meghan on Thursday has become patron of the Smart Works charity that supports unemployed women to return to work.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, after lengthy discussions, the Broncos and Kubiak have chose to go in different directions due to disagreements regarding staffing and offensive philosophy. That plan seemed to work perfectly. until Friday.

Since then, Kubiak has worked as a senior personnel adviser for the Broncos. "So, I think there's a real relationship there to say, 'Can we get the best out of Case Keenum with Gary Kubiak running this offense?'"

Per Schefter, the Jaguars have expressed interest in Kubiak. But Kubiak apparently feels that he's up to the task of being an offensive coordinator again, as he previously was in both Denver and Baltimore.
