RBG Won't Return to the Supreme Court Next Week

Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg poses for the official

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will miss arguments for a second week, but officials said that her recovery is "on track". She plans to work from home next week and will miss one more week of oral arguments.

Ginsburg underwent surgery to remove cancerous tumors from her lungs last month. She has been reading legal briefs and participating in cases by relaying her votes to the other justices...

"Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required", said court spokesperson Kathleen Arberg.

On Monday, Ginsburg missed Supreme Court oral arguments for the first time in her 25 years on the bench.

And her most recent cancer diagnosis was made after she fell down in her office, breaking three ribs, in November.

If Donald Trump gets to replace Ginsburg, the Supreme Court would have six conservative judges and three liberals.

Politico reported that the White House stirrings came in response to Ginsburg being out of the office.

Ginsburg, who took the unprecedented step of attacking Trump as a candidate, is unlikely to step down willingly, even if incapacitated, meaning the seat would become open only upon her death.

How Home-based Business Can Benefit from Coworking Spaces
More so, it can encourage productivity by being able to lessen boredom since you will be surrounded by people you can talk to. It Fits the Bill According to statistics, self-employment is on the rise, increasing by as much as 40% in the U.S . by 2020.

"Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent a pulmonary lobectomy today at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City", read the statement.

Ginsburg had colorectal cancer in 1999 and pancreatic cancer 10 years later.

She has otherwise said that she "will do this job as long as [she] can do it full steam".

As a result, Politico reports the White House is apparently telling allies to prepare themselves for the possibility she could retire.

She returned to the hospital in December to have these removed.

Politico said numerous prospective nominees to replace Ginsburg were women, which theoretically would derail the likelihood of sexual-assault claims such as those faced by Justices Thomas and Kavanaugh. Ginsburg is a left-wing jurist who has notoriously ruled for abortion and against employers' conscience rights, as well as for same-sex "marriage" despite calls to recuse herself on the issue because she's personally officiated several such "weddings".

[N] o amount of swag or hagiography can obscure the fact that, while Ginsburg is responsible for a great number of landmark legal decisions, her legacy may be sorely tarnished by one truly awful one: refusing to retire when President Barack Obama could have named her replacement.
