Chrissy Metz Denies Making Alison Brie Slur on Globes Red Carpet

Chrissy Metz and Alison Brie

"Just asked Alison Brie about this", she wrote, in reference to one of the articles.

Chrissy Metz has denied a report that she insulted "Glow" actress Alison Brie during an interview on the Golden Globes red carpet and the two appeared in a social media post later downplaying any acrimony.

Metz jumped on Twitter to deny she said such a thing about the "GLOW" star. Metz posted. "I adore Alison and would never say a bad word about her, or anyone! I sure hope she knows my heart".

"Do I?" Metz began in an exaggerated tone before the visual cut to Brie, though they continued to play the audio of Metz who began to say, "She's such a b".

Metz added that Brie is "somebody that I really revere" and shared that she and Brie had "already texted about" the gossip.

"I don't talk about people like that", she explained.

Five of those incidents occurred in British Columbia with the latest death just over a week ago in West Vancouver. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene and found the woman stuck half inside the box upon their arrival.

Brie has yet to respond. Us Weekly later deleted a tweet questioning whether Metz cursed.

During an interview with Vanity Fair reporter Nicole Sperling, Brie was apparently very confused by it all and questioned why anyone would think Metz made that comment.

"I don't speak about anyone like that I don't speak like that".

Gibson had first asked Metz, "Do you know a girl named Alison Brie?". "I saw her on the carpet and I told her how attractive she looked", Brie said.

Many of Metz's fans are also not convinced that the actress made the controversial remark, but if she did, some argued that she might have said it as a joke because the pair are friends.

Even before the host cleared the air, Alison took to her Instagram Story to make it clear that she did not believe the "rumors" about Chrissy's alleged b-word comment. "Rumors can't keep us down". "You have to just fully commit".
