Susan Boyle Gets Golden Buzzer On America's Got Talent

America's Got Talent The Champions Contestants- Meet All 50 Acts

Boyle said she was humbled by the reaction of the audience and judges.

The Scottish star made it to the final but came in second second place to Ashley Banjo's dance crew Diversity.

Before Boyle's performance, viewers were shown original content from her first audition and life before BGT.

After the performance, Cowell, 59, said: "I can not think of any other contestant who has defined this show better than you".

OK, auditioning might be a stretch, but the Scottish singer did return to the United States version of the talent show to take part in a Champions edition of 'America's Got Talent', and immediately reminded everyone why she became such a huge star in the first place.

While the Buzzer will advance Boyle straight to the finals, she'll still face some stiff competition from the show's other acts, including several former AGT winners like magician Shin Lim and ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer.

SuBo's television comeback has been hotly anticipated for months now and she shared a 'beautiful' moment with Simon Cowell when they reunited on the show.

He wants us to accept him. "What does that mean?' And then they break down the way things should be said". The host then went on to say she would like Hart to emcee the Academy Awards despite the controversy.

Her first audition, a rendition of I Dreamed a Dream from Les Miserables, famously stunned the audience and judges alike.

Still, Boyle says she has "something to prove" on The Champions, and calls herself a champion "for those who don't have the confidence to do things, for those who don't have a voice (and) the ones who people tend to ignore".

Boyle's 2009 debut studio album called "I Dreamed a Dream" became the biggest selling album in the world for 2009.

And with that, Susan Boyle is back. "You're the one. You made a huge difference to a lot of people and I'm absolutely thrilled that you are here".

"I want to be the woman to give you something that you deserve", she said as she stood up and hit the "Golden Buzzer".

Despite being a runner-up on the show, she went on to sell over 25 million records worldwide.
