Snapchat introduces lenses for dogs - Science & Tech

Snapchat Dog Lense

Almost all of Facebook's services, including Instagram, Messenger, and even WhatsApp, now implement ephemeral photo and video-sharing abilities, a fact Snapchat definitely isn't too pleased about. Now, not only can you turn yourself into a dog with one of Snapchat's lenses, but your dog can also get in on the fun, too. The social media platform has launched special lenses that are meant to work specifically on puppies. According to the management, the company has left out the dog at that time as the filters are already worked for them.

The feature initially launched with just three lenses, but has since expanded to include several more. Presently, the organization is going full cycle, and including lenses explicitly for dogs.

The new dog lenses are now available on the latest version of Snapchat, where owners are able to give their pooch a set of reindeer antlers, a pizza face, and many more.

With this new update for the customers, now you can try for creative animations on your dog.

Part of Snapchat's attraction for many users is the app's filters. Last month, Snapchat officially recognized this fact and made it so that you could use Snapchat lenses on cats.

Once you open the filter up, you'll be prompted: 'Try with a cat or dog'. Looking at these lenses it can be seen that Snapchat is trying their best to regain its popularity.
