Eddie Jones Turns On English Media Desperate 'For Him To Be Sacked'

Springboks fans are some of the most passionate in the world

England co-captain Owen Farrell nearly went from hero to villain as an injury-hit side came from behind to beat South Africa 12-11 in their opening November global at Twickenham on Saturday.

And Jones was delighted by the way his team restricted the Springboks to a solitary try from wing Sbu Nkosi, even if they scored none of their own with fullback Elliot Daly adding a long-range penalty to Farrell's trio.

England kicked it dead but instead of blowing for time, Australian referee Angus Gardner called for a TMO review, with a potential match-winning penalty in easy range for Springbok outhalf Handre Pollard.

"To beat New Zealand you've got to unbelievably disciplined and you have to understand their weaknesses so we'll start that process on Sunday night and we'll be ready to play next Saturday".

"As soon as anyone goes to the big screen you are [nervous]", Farrell told reporters.

"It's hard to wrap your arms around when you're both hitting each other at that much force, but I tried to". "He had his arm to wrap, so it was a legal hit".

Suns buying out Tyson Chandler
Chandler now plays for the Phoenix Suns , though Phoenix is building for the future and is willing to part with veteran pieces. According to Marc Stein of The New York Times , the Phoenix Suns are in the process of buying out the veteran.

World Rugby has confirmed there is no citing arising from the 12-11 victory at Twickenham on Saturday, clearing stand-off Farrell to face the All Blacks this weekend.

The hit was described as a "good solid tackle" by England coach Eddie Jones but appeared to divide opinion in the rugby world, and not just on nationality lines. Because you guys (the media) want to sack me, is that why?

However, Cain did also say that it would be possible for England to secure an almighty upset, providing the stars align for Jones' side.

South Africa's management were furious at Gardner's failure to act, their coach Rassie Erasmus praising the challenge at the post-match press conference in an answer laced with sarcasm.

However, South Africa, who were without Sale Sharks' Faf de Klerk and Wasps' Willie le Roux, were on the front foot on the off and lead through Pollard's penalty.

"It's obviously very effective‚ and if that's allowed we should all execute it like that".
