‘Real Housewives’ Husband Joe Giudice To Be Deported

During an episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" that aired earlier this year, Teresa revealed that she "wouldn't mind" moving to Italy. On Wednesday, the Department of Justice confirmed to ET that immigration Judge John Ellington ordered Giudice removed from the U.S.at the end of his sentence.

Joe, 46, is now serving a 41-month sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud.

Although his wife Teresa Giudice was not in court for the ruling, she has remained loyal to her husband and implied that she'd follow him to Italy were he to be bounced from the United States.

Both of the Giudices have spent time behind bars. She added, "Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen".

The 46-year-old shares four daughters with Teresa, whom he Wednesday in 1999 - Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 12, and Audriana, nine.

Prison records indicate he is set to be released in March.
