Australian teen pleads guilty to hacking Apple

The Age reported that a teenager from Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria in Australia, pleaded guilty to compromising Apple's mainframe.

According to The Age newspaper, the boy's lawyer told the children's court in Melbourne on Thursday that his client had hacked into the Apple network on multiple occasions over one year because he admired the company.

An Australian teenager managed to hack Apple, steal 90 gigabytes of secure files, and access customer accounts, a court has heard, according to The Age.

The sensitive documents were saved in a folder called 'hacky hack hack, ' the report added.

When Apple finally noticed the breach, it contacted the FBI, which turned the case over to the Australian Federal Police (AFP) when it discovered the origin of the attacks. Apple could certainly clear up the details, but it's been publicity-shy about this case.

His defence lawyer said that he had become very well-known in the worldwide hacking community.

However, Stormy made a decision to pull out of the show - with Rylan concluding: 'We had her, she changed her mind and she went. Those fantastic celebs include Kirstie Alley , Bad Girls Club star Natalie Nunn , and "Human Ken Doll" Rodrigo Alves .

The teenager's lawyer reportedly said he targeted Apple because he is an admirer of the trillion-dollar company and hopes to work for it one day.

The mobile phone was used to let others know about his successful forays: he posted about them using the end-to-end encrypted messaging app WhatsApp. The company's systems are thought by some to be unbreachable, but the 16-year-old proved nothing is impossible.

The boy's name could not be made public because he was a juvenile offender.

The prosecution said that during a raid on the boy's house, "two Apple laptops were seized and the serial numbers matched the serial numbers of the devices which accessed the internal systems".

The matter returns to Court for sentencing next month.
