Jimmy Kimmel leaves Kanye West speechless

Lil Wayne Logic and Ty Dolla $ign read 'Mean Tweets' on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'

It didn't take long for the host to bring up Trump, whom West has vociferously supported in spite of his fans' dislike of the United States president. "It is making a big difference".

West appeared on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live " on Thursday.

However, the rapper was speechless when he was quizzed about Us President Donald Trump and his support of the Trump community.

Kanye West returned to "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" for the first time in five years.

"Liberals can't bully me; news can't bully me; the hip-hop community, they can't bully me. That's what makes Ye", Kanye added - Watch the full interview below!

"I quite enjoy [it] when people are mad at me about certain things". "Just place the thought out there".

The rapper, who once famously claimed that George W. Bush didn't "care about black people", caused anger and confusion in his fan base when he stated just after the election that he would have voted for Trump.

Stumped, silent and looking a bit lost, West contemplates the question for three seconds before Kimmel swiftly suggests taking a break.

West and Jimmy Kimmel covered a slew of different topics in the nearly 21-minute interview.

West has received a lot of criticism since his support for Trump went viral. Kimmel began the Trump part of the interview by asking West about his wife Kim Kardashian West's efforts to have Trump commute Alice Johnson's jail sentence.

After a bunch of slowly unravelling statements about love, "future class", and balancing cheque books, Kimmel asked "Whether we like his personality or not, his actions are really what matter".

"People are so afraid to face what we're actually dealing with", West said.

"You know, I'm very grateful and I'm very hopeful that more good things are gonna come out of our conversations", she told Kimmel.

OK, maybe not on Twitter and that one time he called slavery "a choice," but West doesn't do many interviews.

"It's amusing, in this world that we live in, there's two main motivating forces - and I tweet about it all the time - it's love or fear, and you can't explain love", Kanye answered.
