Everton striker Niasse facing two-match ban after FA diving charge

Everton's Oumar Niasse charged with 'deception', facing two-game ban

Dann said after the game that Niasse, who drew Everton level for a second time with an equaliser on the stroke of half-time, had "conned the referee" and now the FA has announced that the player has been charged.

Everton's Oumar Niasse has been charged by the FA with an alleged act of simulation after a penalty incident at Crystal Palace.

The incident has been reviewed by a panel, made up of a former manager, player and referee, who were unanimous in agreeing that Niasse had simulated contact.

And the award goes to Everton's Oumar Niasse following his deception on Saturday against Crystal Palace to win a penalty.

Niasse has until 18:00 GMT to respond. If found guilty, he would be hit with a two-game ban that would rule him out of Sunday's trip to St Mary's and the clash with relegation rivals West Ham, now managed by former coach Moyes, on 29 November.

"I am personally aware of several other women who have experienced the same or similar sexual advances made towards them by Rep. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said Monday she was unaware of the settlement by Conyers.

Keys reacted on Twitter to the decision to charge Niasse, stating The FA are "quite right" to hand out the punishment and that there would be "no point" in having the "diving" panel if they overlooked Niasse's actions.

"People were saying that I fell down easily". I don't know. I didn't see the video again.

"When I felt the contact, I knew then he pushed me away".

Carlisle United forward Shaun Miller and Bristol City defender Bailey Wright are the only players in the top four divisions of English football to be retrospectively banned under those new simulation laws to date.
