"There are some very real problems in the law", Collins said, adding, "the problem is that Congress ... does not do comprehensive well".
'It was just wonderful, ' she added.
"I've never had that happen in the 20 years that I've been privileged to serve in the Senate", she said.
"It was very encouraging and affirming, especially after arriving home after a very hard time", Collins added.
Collins also remarked on her warm reception when she arrived back home in ME after the nail-biter Senate vote early Friday morning that scuttled Republicans' latest attempt to repeal Obamacare. "She needs to hear from her constituents".
