Man Arrested at Tampa Bay Comic Con For Allegedly Stalking Kate Beckinsale

Beckinsale postponed her panel appearance for several hours at Comic Con to file the police report, suffered "substantial emotional distress" and feared for her safety.

According to TMZ, Repp allegedly made physical contact with her at an event in Salt Lake City in a year ago, touching her back before threatening to stab her.

Authorities arrested an Iowa man early Saturday after he reportedly stalked actress Kate Beckinsale at Tampa Bay Comic Con. He also ran into Beckinsale again at another event in Houston the same year, where he was detained by police and kicked out of the event.

A spokesperson for Tampa Bay Comic Con told TMZ that Repp was booted from the event following this most recent encounter.
